Origin
Our Cabernet Sauvignon comes mostly from selected vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile, which gives the soft round tannins with ripe spicy fruit, fresh acidity, bright red berries, and vibrant color.

Após a seleção manual, os cachos foram desengaçados suavemente, não esmagados e macerados a frio por 6 horas antes da prensagem. A fermentação decorreu em cubas de inox, sendo a temperatura cuidadosamente controlada. Após a fermentação
alcoólica, o vinho foi deixado sobre as borras de fermentação leve. As borras eram mexidas uma vez por semana.

Origin
The fruit was sourced from two vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley and in the Leyda Valley. The fruit is rich in cassis style and medium-bodied, fresh berry fruits aromas, crisp acidity and medium to full structure.

Color: Bright vibrant red.
Nose: Intense attack of fresh berryfuit, strong cassis character, with an elegant barrel aromas.
Palate:
Encorpado, com acidez equilibrada. Os sabores são consistentes com o perfil aromático.

Pairs with prepared pasta, mild sauces, white meat, turkey, and fish served with vegetables. Serve at 15°.
