Origin
Our Cabernet Sauvignon comes mostly from selected vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile, which gives the soft round tannins with ripe spicy fruit, fresh acidity, bright red berries, and vibrant color.
Tasting notes

Nose: Rich berryfruit aromas, blackberries, and sweet spices, coffee, chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: Full bodied wine, very flavoursome, with a round soft structure.
Service and Food Pairing
This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs very well with red meat, lamb, roast chicken, and pasta with sauces. Serve at 17°.

Ageing: 5 months in stainless steel tanks
Origin
After hand selection, bunches were gentle de-stemmed, not crushed, and cold macerated for 6 hours before pressing. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks, and the temperature carefully controlled. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was left on light fermentation lees. The lees were stirred once a week.
Tasting notes
Color: Pale straw yellow.
Nose: Lime notes, fresh herbs and touches of tropical fruits.
Palate: Fresh and juicy notes of lime and hints of grass.

Excelente aperitivo e acompanha bem peixes, mariscos ou mesmo com saladas. Melhor servido a 8-10°C.

Origin
The fruit was sourced from two vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley and in the Leyda Valley. The fruit is rich in cassis style and medium-bodied, fresh berry fruits aromas, crisp acidity and medium to full structure.
Tasting notes
Color: Bright vibrant red.
Nose: Intense attack of fresh berryfuit, strong cassis character, with an elegant barrel aromas.
Palate: Full bodied, with balancing acidity. Flavours are consistent with the aromatic profile.
Service and Food Pairing
Pairs with prepared pasta, mild sauces, white meat, turkey, and fish served with vegetables. Serve at 15°.
